A contemporary Cantonese restaurant in the basement of the Standard Chartered Bank building in Central. The original structure of the site lent itself to a layout that consists of different dining experiences of varying character and intimacy. The restaurant tells the story of Hong Kong’s past, with hints and clues to the lives of the building’s imaginary former occupants.
